Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Ivory Facilities and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving work orders. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
