Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Lumen Fox Medical and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 260 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lots. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
