Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Albuquerque, NM)

Fernwood Clear Hospitality is a hospitality company in Albuquerque with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving housekeeping schedules. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
