Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Albuquerque, NM)

Bright Bridge Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Albuquerque focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service installations. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
