Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Albuquerque, NM)

Redstone Cobalt Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Albuquerque region, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 157 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving vehicle inspections. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
