Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Quarry Care Services and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client records. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
