Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Albuquerque, NM)

Amberfield Orchard Care Services provides in-home and community support in Albuquerque, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
