Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Northwind Birch Arts Center and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving school partnerships. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
