Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Albuquerque, NM)

Foxglove Meadow Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Albuquerque, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving rent assistance. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
