Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Lakeside Telecom and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 916 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field visits. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
