Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Albuquerque, NM)

Highbridge Basin Legal Group provides legal services in Albuquerque across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
