Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Wichita, KS)

Greenridge West Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Wichita focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service installations. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • PMP or CAPM certification.
