Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Wichita, KS)

Rivermark Basin Health is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving insurance authorisations. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
