Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Wichita, KS)

Summit Basin Health runs clinics and patient services around Wichita, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient education. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
