Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Wichita, KS)

Northwind Fox Construction is a Wichita contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 294 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving materials orders. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
