Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Wichita, KS)

Cedar Keystone Freight is a Wichita logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving loads and lanes. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
