Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Wichita, KS)

Foxglove Cross Energy is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage response. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
