Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Virginia Beach, VA)

Greenridge Stone Energy is an energy provider in Virginia Beach focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 110 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage response. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
