Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Beacon Auto Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer estimates. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
