Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Virginia Beach, VA)

Silverline Thistle Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Virginia Beach region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 181 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
