Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Virginia Beach, VA)

Bluepeak Mill Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Virginia Beach area, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
