Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Tulsa, OK)

Fernwood Timber Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Tulsa, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving treatment plant data. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
