Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Tulsa, OK)

Foxglove Linden Legal Group is a law firm in Tulsa serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 74 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving trust accounts. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
