Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Cross Hospitality and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 142 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier orders. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
