Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Tulsa, OK)

Bluepeak Glen Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Tulsa, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving equipment calibration. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
