Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Tulsa, OK)

Westbrook Clear Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Tulsa. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field inspections. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
