Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Tulsa, OK)

Foxglove Union Facilities looks after properties across the Tulsa region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer sites. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
