Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Tucson, AZ)

Cedar Juniper Transit Planning is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for service alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service alerts. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • PMP or CAPM certification.
