Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Ivory Health Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 212 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with patient scheduling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
