Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Toledo, OH)

Cedar Maple Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Toledo and nearby communities, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving water quality. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • PMP or CAPM certification.
