Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Toledo, OH)

Highbridge Stone Inspection Services is an inspection company in Toledo with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving equipment calibration. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
