Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Toledo, OH)

Rivermark Stone Freight is a Toledo logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving dock schedules. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
