Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Toledo, OH)

Foxglove Glen Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Toledo, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer sites. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
