Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Toledo, OH)

Rivermark Drift Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Toledo. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 961 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving accessibility audits. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • PMP or CAPM certification.
