Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Toledo, OH)

Lumen Cobalt Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Toledo, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving batch records. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
