Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Tampa, FL)

Westbrook Yarrow Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Tampa. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving recycling loads. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
