Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Tampa, FL)

Rivermark West Freight is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for loads and lanes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving loads and lanes. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
