Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Tampa, FL)

Westbrook Summit Auto Group is a Tampa company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving warranty claims. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
