Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Tampa, FL)

Redstone Juniper Inspection Services Partners is an inspection company in Tampa with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving certifications. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
