Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Tampa, FL)

Lumen Summit Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Tampa producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving release testing. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
