Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Tampa, FL)

Fernwood Juniper Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Tampa working with agencies and riders, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving accessibility audits. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
