Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Tampa, FL)

Bright Ashton Energy is an energy provider in Tampa focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing disputes. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
