Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Tampa, FL)

Cedar Hollow Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Tampa region, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service connections. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
