Project Coordinator - grant reporting (St. Louis, MO)

Nova Union Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the St. Louis area, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving housekeeping schedules. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
