Project Coordinator - grant reporting (St. Louis, MO)

Summit Forge Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around St. Louis design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fare systems. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
