Project Coordinator - grant reporting (St. Louis, MO)

Westbrook Orchard Telecom is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service installations. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
