Project Coordinator - grant reporting (St. Louis, MO)

Nova Harbor Telecom Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • PMP or CAPM certification.
