Project Coordinator - grant reporting (St. Louis, MO)

Ironwood Community Partners is a nonprofit in St. Louis supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 701 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving grant reporting. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
