Project Coordinator - grant reporting (St. Louis, MO)

Amberfield Kestrel Community Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
