Project Coordinator - grant reporting (St. Louis, MO)

Foxglove Pine Auto Group is a St. Louis company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier deliveries. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
